[ArtSci] Request for Recipe: Barley Soup

Thank you Symmone for your kind words!  I would be happy to share the  recipe.
 
2 oz pearl barley
3 oz red lentils
2 leeks - chopped
bunch of fresh dill
sea salt
 
Soak the barley and lentils over night.  Drain and discard the  water.  Add 3 
pints stock, either veggie or meat, salt to taste and the  dill to a stock 
pot.  Add the barley and lentils.  Bring to a boil,  then reduce heat to a 
simmer.  Place the lid on the pot and simmer the soup  gently for about an hour.  
Once the barley is tender, add the leeks and any  additional salt to taste.  
Simmer til the leeks are soft.  Enjoy
