THE 40 YEAR AN TIR DOMESDAY BOKE NEEDS YOUR HELP (again:-}

The photos of the Domesday Boke pages are loaded and ready to go, you have
all been patiently waiting for them, but we need your help to make the CD
even better. Please send photos of the people in your branch that helped
with the book (either as a group or as individuals if you can’t get them all
together) label them with their names and send this information to myself
tamlyn at verizon.net and Baron Devin zaphod at lydia.org  who is in charge of
producing the CD. Stories and incidents about your group’s efforts (I know
Pendale, Dregate and Tir Bannog all have stories:-) with the Boke or maybe
the inside story on some of your pages would be greatly appreciated as well
and should be sent to both e-mail addresses. 

Please send these electronically by the Thursday before May Crown (if you
need to hand deliver them someone will be at Crown to take them) at the
latest. The goal is to get at least 50% of the branches with these type of
entries – when we have achieved that a publishing date for the CD will be
set, if we get 50% by May Crown the CD will be available by July Coronation.

For all of those intending to or who have already put their sections on a
web page or into a branch newsletter, Corpora requires that you have signed
permission  from all of the artists that worked on the section that you are
displaying/publishing. The form can be found here
http://www.sca.org/officers/chronicler/permit.html .  For display on a Web
site: fill out the form, print it, sign it, give a copy to your branch
chronicler and send the originals to me at this time (Tammy Williams PO BOX
59421 Renton, WA 98058).  I will be gathering them to go into the Kingdom
Chronicler’s files. When a branch has sign off from all artists on file they
may put the photos of the Domesday Boke on their website. This information
will be available on the CD as well if you want to wait until then to make
these arrangements.

When filling out the form for use on a web page:

In the third box enter “artwork piece in the” in the next box put “40 Year
An Tir Domesday Boke”

Check off the “Posting on the Web page for:” box and enter the name of your
local branch or “Kingdom of An Tir” .
